About Clements Publishing About Clements Publishing
OUR MISSION
Clements Publishing seeks to educate, nurture, and equip men and women to live and work as mature Christians through the publication and distribution of academic books, audio materials, and online resources.
THEOLOGICAL POSITION
We are not a denominational publishing house. Theologically, we are committed to historic and biblical Christianity as articulated by the World Evangelical Alliance Statement of Faith.

OUR EDITORIAL BOARD
Clements Publishing is not a vanity press or subsidy publisher. Just as we believe that spiritual accountability is important on a personal level, we also believe theological and academic accountability is crucial to fulfilling our corporate mission. All manuscripts submitted are therefore subject to review by the members of our editorial advisory committee.

SUBMISSIONS
We do not accept unsolicited book proposals. Authors who wish to submit completed manuscripts for review should e-mail them (preferably as an attachment in Microsoft Word) to info@clementspublishing.com. We will not respond to inquiries unless the manuscript is accompanied by cover letter which outlines the content of the manuscript, the target audience, and a description of the author. Please bear in mind that Clements does not publish poetry, auto-biography, or fiction. Before submitting a manuscript, authors should also make sure they are in agreement with our theological position.

REPRINT PROPOSALS
Occasionally Clements Publishing reprints out-of-print books previously issued by other publishers. Authors who wish to have their books considered for reprinting should submit two copies of the previous edition, along with a letter from the previous publisher stating that the copyright has been reverted to the author.

OUR HISTORY

Clements Publishing was founded in May 2000 by the current director, Rob Clements, formerly managing editor of Regent College Publishing in Vancouver, B.C. The company was incorporated on October 1, 2001. Our editorial office is located in Bowmanville, Ontario (on the eastern border of the Greater Toronto Area). In addition to publishing books under the Clements imprint, Clements Publishing also provides editorial consulting and design services to other Christian publishers.
